Are your bikinis true to size?

Our "Lily of the Valley" and "BellaRose" bikinis are true to size as well as all our bottoms are true to size, however, we have found that our "Field of Flowers top" runs a size smaller, so we advise to size up!

What if I only want a top and not the bottom or vice versa?

All our swimwear is sold in separate pieces so you are able to mix and match! 

How long do I have to return an item for a full refund?

Hey babe! You have up to 30 days to return an item for a full refund. Visit our section labeled "Return Process" below for return process and requirements!

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from when we receive your order. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, your request may be delayed until the following Monday or after the holiday is over. Thank you for your understanding.

Within those 1-2 business days you should expect a confirmation email and tracking number for your order. If you do not, please do not hesitate to contact us at customersupport@bellaroseswimwear.com

We use USPS to ship all of our orders.

We will get back to you within 1-2 business days to email you a shipping label!

After receiving shipping label in your email, print and attach to package then take to your nearest USPS and ship it out!

REFUND POLICY

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we'll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, an exchange, or store credit. Proof of receipt will be required as well as all tags and hygiene liners must still be on the bikini. If any or all of these items are missing with the return, we will be unable to honor our refund policy. Thank you for your understanding. Your refund will be processed and completed within 5-7 business days of return notice.

BellaRose Swimwear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. BellaRose Swimwear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
